Share a pint with Woz

A trip to Germany started it all. A passioned exploration into why American beer tastes so different than the gold in a glass that Woz (that is him to the left) experienced while in Bavaria. This triggered him to design an analytical means of reviewing beer based on its quality and ability to match style.

Several years later Woz began brewing, with a passion for the craft and the goal to respect brewing traditions, but challenge what beer can and should be. I have critically evaluated thousands of beers, and I continues my beer education including sensory perception training, off flavor detections, brewing methods, and extensive, in depth, research of all of beers ingredients.
